First, we’ll briefly describe our own. We rated the game 9 out of 10:
Yes, aside from that, here are some ideas from elsewhere – starting with IGN, who gave this new version an 8 out of 10:
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is exactly what it is: a reimagining of the TMNT arcade beat game crafted by one of the best beat developers in the business today.”
Nintendo World Report gave Turtle’s latest game a 9 out of 10:
“In short, if you’re a TMNT fan or love beat games, you’ll love the colorful and upbeat Shredder’s Revenge, especially if you can find some other ninjas to fight back.”
GamingBible is also very satisfied, giving it another 9 out of 10:
“document Shredder’s Revenge with loved ones angry street 4 and river city girl A contemporary masterpiece of its kind, it’s a demonstrative demonstration of how, after so many straight rides, it’s possible to embellish a stylistic path already traveled and somehow make the journey more special than the destination. “
EGM gave it 4 out of 5 stars, but it does have a few issues:
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Looks to be bringing back the glory days of Konami’s side-scrolling arcade fighting games and hit games based on everyone’s favorite young green ninja. Dotemu and Tribute Games’ visuals and gameplay not only match those retro classics they’re paying homage to here, maybe even surpass them. Sadly, this journey through time is somewhat hampered by inconsistent audio and an arcade mode that’s more of a hard game than a thrill. “
Last but not least, GoNintendo – another outlet that absolutely loves it:
“TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is authentic and proves once again that Dotemu has incredible respect/understanding of classic beat games. Now we know Tribute Games has the same ability, and the collaboration between the two has resulted in not only the best TMNT game ever made One of the best beat games in years.”
