Mortgage closers filed suit in North Carolina, one of only seven states that allows individuals to sue third parties for “estranged spouses.”
The law allows a person to sue for “wrongful acts that deprive them of love and affection for their spouse” and applies to anyone normally used to sue a spouse for an affair.
According to TMZ, Malomine alleges in her lawsuit that NeNe posted multiple photos of her and Nyonisela on her social media, which caused emotional distress, mental distress and loss of feelings that led to the end of her marriage.
NeNe, 54, has revealed she is open to marriage again after her husband Greg lost a four-year battle with colon cancer in November 2021.
The couple first married in 1997 and then divorced in 2011. However, the couple will reunite in 2013 and walk down the aisle again.
The reality TV star and her Liberian businessman boyfriend have been dating since late last year.
The couple went public on December 16, when they posted multiple photos of themselves on Instagram to celebrate her birthday.
A few days later, the two were found hand in hand as they walked out of Mr. Zhou’s restaurant in Miami.
The reality star is no stranger to lawsuits recently, and has sued the company and producers behind RHOA, including Bravo and executive producer Andy Cohen.
She claimed racism was “accepted” and the company tolerated a hostile and racist work environment.

The former reality star complained to executives about years of racist remarks made by RHOA actor Kim Zolchak, 43, but only NeNe suffered the consequences, the lawsuit said.
“NBC, Bravo, and True fostered a corporate and workplace culture in which racially insensitive and inappropriate behavior was tolerated—if not encouraged,” the court documents read. “
The Sun has contacted representatives of Bravo and Kim for comment.
The defendants did not respond to NeNe’s lawsuit.
