Prince William visits the Lionesses football team to talk about the impact of exercise on physical and mental health
on Wednesday, Prince William Visit England’s Lionesses football team ahead of UEFA Euro 2022 this summer.

The future King took to Instagram after the visit, sharing his admiration for the team and making rare comments about mental health. “This team is already inspiring the next generation of women and girls to play football and reap the physical and mental benefits of the sport,” Prince William wrote.

The mental health benefits of exercise have been widely reported. Not only does it release mood-boosting endorphins to help with depression, but it also helps you stay focused – when you’re hitting the pavement or riding a spinning bike, it’s hard to focus on anything else, reducing the anxiety.

During his visit, the father-of-three was given three football shirts with his children’s names on the back.as he sees Princess Charlotte’she smiled and passed on his daughter’s message.
“Charlotte wants me to tell you that she’s really good at scoring goals. She said ‘please tell them.’ She’s a rising star in the future,” he shared.

Prince George He played his first football game with his sister Charlotte in October 2019, watching Norwich City v Aston Villa at Carrow Road. He even posed for his sixth birthday photo in 2019 with his England football shirt.
