Jackass star Bam Margera was reported missing from a Florida rehab center and he was not allowed to leave, according to TMZ.
The publication obtained a report from Delray Beach Police that the facility manager reported the star missing on Monday (June 13).
He said Bam was not satisfied with the service provided and decided to leave.
Reports said Bam was going to another facility in the area and left in a black sedan.
According to the court order, Bam was at the facility and staff were concerned that he appeared to resign without official approval.
Staff did report, however, that Bam did not appear to be a danger to himself or others – but the police who were looking for him have yet to find the star.

He broke his wrist and elbow in a skateboarding accident a month ago and blamed the rehab facility for failing to schedule a physical therapy appointment for his injuries.
The source added to TMZ that Bam was housed in a “sober living facility” and had a recent altercation with his wife, Nicole Boyd.
The source added that he “had questions about the facility’s restrictions” and made an “impulsive decision” to leave.

Just days after his co-star Ryan Dunn’s 45th birthday.
Bam posted a photo of the two on social media, writing: “Best friends are hard to find, hard to leave, and impossible to forget. Happy birthday Ryan.”
Bam and Ryan are known to be best friends, even though his friend tragically passed away on June 20, 2011 after a horrific car accident.

Family and friends are said to be working to get Bam back to the facility.
However, Bam’s latest social media post was made yesterday (June 14) when he shared a photo of him with his “new AA sponsor” and captioned a photo of them bumping fists Title: “MMA fighter, chiropractor, and ten-year-awake Dominic, is my new AA sponsor.”
After failing a drug test, Bam was cut from the Jackass Forever and Jackass 4.5 cast midway through filming.
He later filed a $9.65 million lawsuit against the film’s producers, claiming he was owed millions by the franchise.
The Viva La Bam star also claimed Jackass was the reason for his fight against drugs, sharing in a legal filing: “I had no issues with addiction and drug use before I started working on the Jackass franchise.”
