Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall has access to some of the best nutritionists and personal trainers in the world, but that doesn’t mean non-royal members can’t develop her healthy habits. Express.co.uk spoke with nutrition and fitness expert Nataly Komova about Camilla’s possible lifestyle, diet and exercise.
Natalie claims that one of the ways the Duchess stays slim and healthy is by eating a “balanced” diet.
She suggested Camilla could enjoy simple meals like grilled chicken, grilled salmon and steak, as well as family favourites like lamb and shepherd’s pie.
In a conversation with You magazine, the Duchess revealed that when her children Tom and Laura were growing up, dinner included tarragon chicken, scrambled eggs, bacon and chicken casserole.
This suggests the royals are more focused on enjoying hearty, wholesome meals than limiting themselves.

Natalie continued: “I think she also includes fresh produce in her diet, including fruits and vegetables.”
When her children grew up, Camilla had a vegetable garden, which showed that her cooking was nutritious.
Today, the Duchess remains an avid gardener, often competing with husband Prince Charles over the quality of his vegetables.
She was particularly impressed with her white peach.

Camilla, 74, can also keep her body supple with some light yoga, and she has been photographed taking odd dance classes on multiple occasions.
Natalie has some advice for those looking to slim down while maintaining their stamina at the Duchess’ age.
“It’s best to adopt Camilla’s lifestyle, including staying active,” she said.
“As you age, daily walking and stretching are essential to building your flexibility.”
She continued: “Camilla quit smoking and replaced that habit with a healthy one.”
As for diet, Natalie recommends two key foods for seventy-something health — beans and nuts.
“Beans are versatile and filling. They’re a great source of protein and contain fiber that will keep you satisfied for a long time.
“This reduces the chance of overeating and helps maintain a healthy weight.”
She continued: “I like almonds, pecans or peanuts.
“Studies suggest that people who eat nuts may eat less at their next meal.”
