Sara Cox took to Instagram Saturday to show off the results of her last ten weeks of hard workouts.
The 47-year-old looked stunning as she flexed her muscular arms and showed off her six-pack.
Mother-of-three Sara, once known as the party “ladette”, has revealed she’s quit drinking in hopes of getting a new chiseled look.

The TV host also showed her intense workout content to her 336,000 followers.
The blonde beauty was sweating profusely, holding a mug of steel beer above her head, looking relaxed.

Sara is busy working out at her home gym, which has tons of weights and high-end spinning bikes.
The TV personality later worked her core while swinging an 8kg dumbbell around her toned abs.

Sara took the opportunity to thank her coach Scott Harrison and friend Rylan.
Sara captioned the snaps: “YASSSSSS done and I’m feeling blush after 10 weeks. Not a big drinker – two big family reunions and an all-inclusive wagon vacation was a challenge, but definitely worth it. Gym for a while , but really need to cheer up, this is awesome.

The host asked listeners to write in and share their “random, shaky ride” on Tuesday’s Drive Time show.
One listener said they “loved” the roller coaster, but didn’t think they would “stay the course” on a small playground ride.

But many listeners took to Twitter to demand an apology, as they claimed her comments were “inappropriate” and “misleading.”
